7天購物保障

1. 部分貨品如經檢測後証實有出廠缺陷，顧客可於七天內更換相同型號之產品(必須符合以下情況)，每次購買只可更換一次。客人必須攜帶產品到門市安排檢查及更換。本公司角色為零售商，保障內容及流程完全取決於品牌商或代理商，敬請客人見諒。
2. 該貨品必須包裝完整，無任何損毀及刮花痕跡；
3. 貨品機身編號(如有)必須與發票上資料相符。
4. 更換之貨品如沒有存貨，顧客則可更換同等價值之其他貨品。
5. 更換貨品時，顧客必須出示有效發票、收據、未填寫保用書。
6. 更換或退款之貨品可能會經由代理商進行檢測，確認產品品質不合乎生產標準。本公司有權要求顧客前往指定代理商之維修中心檢測產品。
7. 部份廠商要求本公司必須收到廠商發出的驗機紙方可為顧客更換，普遍手機、平板電腦、電腦、大型電器的廠商都要求驗機紙，証明並無人為損壞。
8. 如因貨品在市場有價格波動、限時優惠價格更改或/及因軟件問題而要求退貨，此換貨保障恕不適用。
9. 顧客必須將購買時所附送之贈品一併退還，否則我們將需要扣除該贈品的價值。

此更換保障不適用於：

1. 因意外損毀或疏忽損毀，不正確使用而損毀之貨品。
2. 屏幕有塵，亮點/光點/死點三點及以下不在更換範圍。電子墨水屏背光不均亦不在更換範圍。
3. 隨機配件。
4. 未有相關發票或/及 收據或/及 未填寫保用書之貨品。
5. 已註冊之軟件產品。
6. 有損毀或/及 刮花痕跡之產品。
7. 已登記保養之產品。
8. 已root機的手機或電子設備。
9. 某類產品例如Apple、Sony、DJI及Nothing等只設官方保養維修並不設零售商更換新產品。
10. 某些消耗性產品如保護貼、化妝護膚品、保溫水杯等。
11. 如遇到無線連接或APP操作使用上的問題，客人必需直接聯絡品牌商或代理商跟進。因產品眾多，連接方法及裝置組合複雜，本公司前線職員無法測試出產品品質是否合符生產標准。常見情況如路由器訊號不夠強，藍芽耳機不能配對，APP不能操控產品等。
12. 大型電器如焗爐，雪櫃，冷氣機等，部份更涉及安裝，品牌商或代理商有指定的檢查及更換流程，或需留待代理上門更換，敬請客人見諒。

以上條款本公司保留最終決定權
